【摘要】:ThispartofISO24014providesthebasisforthedevelopmentofmulti-operator/multi-serviceInteroperablepublicsurface(includingsubways)transportFareManagementSystems(IFMSs)onanationalandinternationallevel.ThispartofISO24014isapplicabletobodiesinpublictransportandrelatedserviceswhichagreethattheirsystemsneedtointeroperate.WhilethispartofISO24014doesnotimplythatexistinginteroperablefaremanagementsystemsneedtobechanged,itapplies,sofarasitispracticallypossible,toextensionsofthese.ThispartofISO24014coversthedefinitionofaconceptualframework,whichisindependentoforganisationalandphysicalimplementation.AnyreferencewithinthispartofISO24014toorganisationalorphysicalimplementationispurelyinformative.TheobjectiveofthispartofISO24014istodefineareferencefunctionalarchitectureforIFMSsandtoidentifytherequirementsthatarerelevanttoensureInteroperabilitybetweenseveralActorsinthecontextoftheuseofelectronictickets.TheIFMSincludesallthefunctionsinvolvedinthefaremanagementprocess,suchas--managementofApplication;--managementofProducts;--securitymanagement;--certification,registrationandidentification.ThispartofISO24014definesthefollowingmainelements:--identificationofthedifferentfunctionalentitiesinrelationtotheoverallfaremanagementsystem;--agenericmodelofIFMSdescribingthelogicalandfunctionalarchitectureandtheinterfaceswithinthesystemandwithotherIFMSs;--UseCasesdescribingtheinteractionsanddataflowsbetweenthedifferentfunctionalentities;--securityrequirements.ThispartofISO24014excludesconsiderationof--thephysicalMediumanditsmanagement;--thetechnicalaspectsoftheinterfacebetweentheMediumandtheMediumAccessDevice;--thedataexchangesbetweentheMediumandtheMediumAccessDevice;NOTEThedataexchangesbetweentheMediumandtheMediumAccessDeviceareproposedbyotherstandardisationcommittees.--thefinancialaspectsoffaremanagementsystems(e.g.customerpayments,methodofpayment,settlement,apportionment,reconciliation).
