【摘要】:ThispartofISO16269specifiesmethodsofdeterminingpredictionintervalsforasinglecontinuouslydistributedvariable.Thesearerangesofvaluesofthevariable,derivedfromarandomsampleofsizen,forwhichapredictionrelatingtoafurtherrandomlyselectedsampleofsizemfromthesamepopulationmaybemadewithaspecifiedconfidence.Threedifferenttypesofpopulationareconsidered,namely:a)normallydistributedwithunknownstandarddeviation;b)normallydistributedwithknownstandarddeviation;c)continuousbutofunknownform.Foreachofthesethreetypesofpopulation,twomethodsarepresented,oneforone-sidedpredictionintervalsandoneforsymmetrictwo-sidedpredictionintervals.Inallcases,thereisachoicefromamongsixconfidencelevels.Themethodspresentedforcasesa)andb)mayalsobeusedfornon-normallydistributedpopulationsthatcanbetransformedtonormality.Forcasesa)andb)thetablespresentedinthispartofISO16269arerestrictedtopredictionintervalscontainingallthefurthermsampledvaluesofthevariable.Forcasec)thetablesrelatetopredictionintervalsthatcontainatleastm–rofthenextmvalues,wherertakesvaluesfrom0to10or0tom–1,whicheverrangeissmaller.Fornormallydistributedpopulationsaprocedureisalsoprovidedforcalculatingpredictionintervalsforthemeanofmfurtherobservations.
